Job Description/Overview:
Netrocon Digital LLC is seeking an experienced Account Executive with a background in outside healthcare/hospital sales. This role involves working remotely but requires local travel for presentations, calls, and meetings with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive lead generation and move-ins to communities from your book of accounts.
– Work in a fast-paced industry to help families find appropriate care options.
– Deliver on monthly targets by generating qualified patient referrals.
– Develop and grow your book of accounts and increase referral volume.
– Educate families on care options and work with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors.
– Pilot new initiatives and provide feedback to improve tools and resources.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Minimum of three years of outside sales experience, specifically in healthcare.
– Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and presenting to target customers.
– Comfortable with patient contact and local travel.
– Strong communication and time management skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Experience:
– 3 years in outside sales as an individual contributor.
– 3 years in healthcare/hospital sales.
Skills:

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment.

– Base Salary: $95,000 per year + uncapped commission.
