Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory level for after-sales service operations.
- Analyze inventory data and track trends.
- Coordinate import activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement for after-sales services in European markets.
- Support the enhancement and implementation of reporting tools (Power BI, Salesforce).
- Collaborate closely with various departments, manufacturing facilities, and external partners (carriers, third-party logistics providers, call centers).
- Participate in the implementation of European projects aimed at improving customer service.
Qualifications needed
- Master’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or Business Management
- 2-3 years of experience working in the same position
- Strong proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good command of English (C1 level)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Proactive and action-oriented mindset
