Our esteemed law firm, known for its excellence and commitment to clients, is seeking a trilingual receptionist. The ideal candidate must be fluent in French, English, and German. Knowledge of Luxembourgish is a definite advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and directing clients and visitors
- Managing appointments and calendars
- Receiving and distributing mail and messages
- Providing administrative assistance to lawyers and the administrative team
- Coordinating meeting rooms and preparing necessary documents
Qualifications needed
- Fluent in French, English, and German (Luxembourgish is a plus)
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and motivation
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities
