Job Description/Overview:
The Logistics Coordinator at EXT Global Transport LLC will oversee daily route operations, manage IT maintenance, and handle truck logistics. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Orchestrate daily route operations and ensure timely deliveries
– Utilize tracking systems to monitor fleet location and support drivers
– Maintain communication with drivers, address concerns, and foster collaboration
– Analyze daily loads and create efficient schedules
– Enforce safety protocols and best practices
– Ensure accurate completion and submission of invoices and logs
– Troubleshoot delivery issues and find solutions
– Handle customer inquiries professionally
Qualifications Needed:
– Proven experience in IT and logistics
– Knowledge of logistics principles
– Proficiency in using computers and adapting quickly
– Strong data analysis skills
– Ability to manage multiple trucks and negotiate load prices
– Experience with software maintenance and updates
Experience:
– Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
