Job Description/Overview:
Ballentine Partners is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Regional Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple offices in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will implement and maintain administrative systems, manage budgets, coordinate facilities, and lead administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations across multiple offices
– Implement and maintain administrative systems and procedures
– Manage office budgets and control expenses
– Coordinate facilities management, maintenance, and security
– Supervise and support administrative staff
– Manage vendor relationships and contracts
– Implement and oversee quality control measures
Qualifications needed:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
– At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a professional services company
– Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
– Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimum supervision
Experience:
– At least 5 years of relevant experience in office management, particularly within a professional services environment
