Job Description/Overview:  

Filestage is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Americas region to build relationships with clients, help them become experienced users, and ensure they get the most out of Filestage software. The CSM will provide customer support through chat, email, phone, and video conferences, while proactively looking for opportunities to expand Filestage usage within client companies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction.

– Conduct training sessions and answer support-related questions through multiple channels (chat, email, phone, webinars, etc.).

– Proactively seek ways to improve clients’ workflow and make them more successful.

– Drive growth within client accounts by identifying expansion opportunities for Filestage software.

 

Qualifications Needed:

– A passion for customer success and account management.

– Experience in customer success or account management. Sales experience is a plus.

– Strong business acumen and the ability to advise and consult with clients.

– A proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.

– A team player who is fair, honest, and respectful.

– Fluency in English. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
