Job Description/Overview:
As the Director of Client Success at Growtoro, you’ll oversee and optimize internal and client cold email marketing campaigns. This role requires expertise in cold email, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage client relationships and campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Cold Email Campaign Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and optimize cold email campaigns. Adjust strategies based on metrics such as open rates and responses.
- – Client Communication: Update clients on campaign progress, manage multiple client interactions, and handle challenges effectively.
- – Campaign Reports: Create detailed reports to assess campaign performance.
- – Creative Input: Develop compelling subject lines, opening lines, and calls to action.
- – Leadership: Manage a small team of virtual assistants and oversee campaign tasks.
- – Sales Follow-Up: Engage with leads generated from campaigns.
- – Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle various tasks as needed.
Required Experience:
- – Proficiency with cold email software like Instantly.
- – Proven experience in lead generation and cold email campaigns.
- – Experience in email copywriting and subject line creation.
- – Ability to manage a small team of VAs.
- – Excellent communication skills in English.
- – Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
- – Experience with email marketing.
Compensation:
– Monthly salary: $1500-2000, with potential for higher earnings through commissions and performance bonuses.
– Opportunity for equity based on performance.
