Job Description/Overview:
The preferred candidate for this insurance company should have strong leadership abilities to supervise daily client operations effectively. They should also possess proficiency in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting. Additionally, excellent organizational skills are required to compile materials for client board meetings and assist with minute preparation. Knowledge of tax and VAT return preparation processes is also desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of clients and serve as their main point of contact;
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts within tight deadlines;
- Assist in compiling materials for client board meetings, including note-taking and minute preparation;
- Handle tax and VAT return preparation duties.
Qualifications needed:
- Extensive accounting background;
- Fluency in German and English, with knowledge of French as a bonus;
- Dependable and entrepreneurial mindset;
- Strong team player experienced in multinational settings;
- Proficient in using MS Office software.
