Job Description/Overview:
Our rapidly growing medical analysis laboratory is looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
BIONEXT is a next-generation accredited medical biology laboratory, 100% Luxembourgish, distinguished by a decidedly collaborative approach, deploying innovative services around a common goal: the well-being and health of patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand strategic and operational needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Analyze existing systems and propose improvements or innovative solutions to optimize processes.
- Participate in the design and development of new applications or software features in close collaboration with technical teams
- Manage the documentation of functional and technical specifications, as well as process flows.
- Ensure liaison between business and IT teams to guarantee understanding and alignment of objectives.
- Perform testing and validation to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
- Provide technical support to end-users and participate in training if necessary.
- Participate in quality procedures and ensure compliance with procedures.
Qualifications needed
- University degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the medical or healthcare field.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and project management.
- Strong technical skills, including understanding of databases, programming languages, and integration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a fast-evolving environment.
- Proficiency in English in addition to French; knowledge of Luxembourgish is an additional asset.
Experience:
Proven Experience (5 years and more)
