Job Description/Overview:
Bizik, a leading company in outsourced calls and live chat services, is seeking a Telephone Answering Specialist. The role involves handling a variety of business sector enquiries and interactions through our bespoke systems. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, answer calls, and relay messages accurately while working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Attend training to learn internal systems and handle a range of business sector enquiries.
- – Act as a point of contact for clients’ callers, answering queries, and relaying messages.
- – Deliver excellent customer service through active listening and accurate message relaying.
- – Handle high call volumes with resilience and composure.
- – Utilize computer and data entry skills for efficient communication.
Qualifications needed:
– Confident telephone manners with strong interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Good computer and data entry skills.
– A-Level or equivalent education.
– Experience in virtual reception/switchboard is required.
Experience:
– 2 years in a virtual reception/switchboard role is required.
Skills:
– Effective communication and active listening.
– Resilience in handling high call volumes.
– Proficiency in data entry and computer use.
