Job Description/Overview:

We Make Footballers South London is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to manage and grow our football community remotely. The role involves handling sales enquiries, managing bookings, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with Active Campaigns and a proven track record in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and Managing Enquiries:

  – Handle and reply to phone and email enquiries related to football sessions.

Booking Management:

  – Coordinate bookings and sales leads through Active Campaigns.

  – Follow up with trialists for feedback and additional bookings.

Customer Support:

  – Provide outstanding customer service, addressing questions and concerns.

  – Assist with issues related to failed payments for parent subscriptions.

Sales and Lead Management:

  – Cold call leads to convert them into sales.

  – Use sales skills to turn leads into confirmed bookings.

Marketing and Communication:

  – Share biweekly newsletters using Active Campaign.

  – Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Qualifications needed:

– Experience using and managing Active Campaigns.

– Outstanding customer service experience over the phone.

– Proven track record in cold calling and converting leads.

Experience:

– Minimum 1 year of experience with Active Campaigns.

– Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.

Skills:

– Exceptional interpersonal and sales skills.

– Ability to turn leads into sales through effective communication.

– Licence/Certification: Clean Enhanced DBS (preferred).
