Job Description/Overview:
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls. Receiving and sorting daily mail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
- Sort and distribute incoming calls, mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or personnel
Qualifications needed
- Open to Asian nationalities
- Must have their own visa
Experience:
- At least 2 years of solid experience in customer service, including front desk, reception, and admin.
