Job Description/Overview:
– Engage with customers experiencing technical difficulties, providing friendly and empathetic support.
– Troubleshoot a wide range of issues using tools like Chrome Developer Tools and reviewing code bases.
– Investigate and uncover root causes of issues, logging into customer software to recreate problems.
– Represent Chameleon in customer and sales meetings, serving as a technical expert.
– Document bugs and product feedback, escalating complex issues internally.
– Contribute to a knowledge base for self-serve troubleshooting.
– Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues.
– Recreate and investigate technical problems within customer applications.
– Document and escalate bugs and feedback.
– Participate in customer meetings and provide technical expertise.
– Maintain and improve a comprehensive knowledge base.
Qualifications Needed:
– 2+ years in a technical support or engineering position.

– Proficiency in using browser consoles and debugging tools.
– Empathy for customers and their challenges.
Experience:
– Proven experience in technical support or engineering roles.
