Job Description/Overview:
We are looking for someone who is a warm and enthusiastic communicator, who understands what it takes to provide excellent customer service and has a desire to see people achieve their financial goals.
The Relationship Specialist Team sits at the heart of the organisation and is responsible for integrating new clients into the business, helping support existing clients in policy renewals, and generating new opportunities for Advisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound calls to existing clients, plus follow up on referred leads where applicable.
- Liaise with financial advisers to arrange appointments and meetings with clients.
- Assess client opportunities for adviser referral and provide effective hand over of opportunity.
- Update client records to reflect accurate current details in database.
- All reporting requirements to be met on a timely basis as and when required.
- All entries into CRM and other computer systems are completed as required and the integrity of all systems is maintained.
Qualifications needed
- Excellent written communication and phone-based skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce platforms advantageous
- Ability to work accurately and at speed
- Excellent Microsoft Office capability
- Experience in sales or the finance industry is beneficial
