Job Description/Overview:
GEI (Gratings Europe Industry), specialist in grates and metal flooring for the industry, is looking to strengthen its subsidiary in Luxembourg with a Technical Sales Representative (M/F) based in Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the sedentary manager, within a dynamic team, and in collaboration with the field sales representatives, your main tasks will be to:
- Inform the client, respond to inquiries, recommend appropriate product and service solutions, create price quotes (estimates), and ensure follow-up with the field sales representative.
- Establish contact and strengthen relationships with prospects and clients.
- Manage and contribute to the success of business dealings with a very diverse clientele from all sectors of industry and construction.
Qualifications needed
- With a commercial or technical education (such as BTS – Bac – Bac +2), you ideally have some initial experience in a similar position.
- A strong affinity for the products allows you to feel comfortable in following up on commercial offers and selling products.
- Dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, and organized, you have a true sense of listening and customer service.
- Your team spirit and adaptability are your strengths to join our company.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools.
- German and/or English desired
