Job Description/Overview:
Privately owned dynamic company specialising in residential and commercial developments covering everything from civil to vertical construction require an experienced Accounts Administrator.
As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for all of the companies accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices
- FBT
- Undertaking client bookkeeping and GST returns
- Preparing client payrolls and PAYE returns
- Following up on queries and resolving discrepancies
- Liaising with the company accountant, contractors and customers
- General office duties
Qualifications needed
- Have construction industry experience within accounts (high volume invoicing)
- Be computer literate and able to pick up computer systems easily as you will be using a variety of programs such as Xero, Costcon and Procore.
- Be an experienced bookkeeper and payroll administrator
- Have an eye for detail
- Have good time management when multi-tasking and working to deadline (this is a fast paced environment)
- Be flexible with duties, and willing to pitch in
- Have a good work ethic
- Proven ability to work as part of a close-knit progressive team
