Job Description:
MiQ Digital is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team in Toronto. As a leading Independent Marketing Intelligence Company, we’re looking for someone passionate about social media and capable of running paid social media marketing campaigns. This role involves strategizing new campaigns, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and presenting insights to optimize client results.
Responsibilities:
– Strategize new social campaigns with MiQ clients using industry trends and MiQ unique offerings.
– Run and optimize paid social media marketing campaigns.
– Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness to maximize results and recommend future strategies.
– Create dashboards and reports to present data, recommendations, and insights to internal teams and clients.
– Monitor social media channels for industry trends and disseminate best practices across teams.
– Report regularly to management on campaign performance metrics and potential risks.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in social media, with 2+ years in a client-facing role.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
– Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to problem-solve independently.
– Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related discipline.
– Experience managing social media strategies and execution across multiple platforms, especially Meta (Facebook).
