Job Details:
We are looking for a Production Technician responsible for the repair and reporting of production rejects in accordance with IPC standards. The role includes fault finding of PCBA for repair, providing technical excellence and problem-solving skills, supporting manufacturing to improve yields and efficiency, and working on improvement projects to continually improve the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
– Repair and report production rejects in accordance with IPC standards
– Support fault finding of PCBA for repair
– Provide technical excellence and problem-solving skills
– Support manufacturing to improve yields and efficiency
– Work on improvement projects to continually improve the production process
Qualifications Needed:
– A tertiary Diploma in electronics
– An Electrical Service Technician registration
Experience:
– Competence in using SMT, PTH, and mechanical tools for repairs
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Access
Skills:
– Technical excellence in electronics repair and fault finding
– Problem-solving skills
– Ability to support manufacturing improvements
