Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Community Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a socially savvy individual who is in tune with the latest trends and has a passion for building and nurturing online communities. As a Community Manager at BrandBastion, you will be responsible for drafting and executing smart, relevant outbound community management initiatives for our clients.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement community management strategies to engage and grow our clients’ social media communities.
– Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
– Create compelling and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
– Collaborate with our clients’ marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
– Analyze community metrics and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations.
– Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
– Foster relationships with community members and influencers to amplify brand presence.
– Work closely within the Customer Success team to provide excellent service for our clients’ needs.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in social media community management (agency experience preferred).
– Beauty vertical experience is a bonus.
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
– In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
– Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
– Creative mindset with a knack for staying ahead of social media trends.
