Role Overview:
As a Social Media Account Manager, you will oversee multiple client social media accounts, ensuring strategic optimization and engagement. You’ll collaborate internally and externally to maintain high-quality content, manage community interactions, and drive client success metrics.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain social media calendars, ensuring content scheduling and optimization.
– Actively manage community interactions, including responding to DMs and comments professionally.
– Identify and nurture potential leads, gauging interest and facilitating client service inquiries.
– Execute strategies and ideations to meet client deliverables and KPIs.
– Produce high-quality graphics and branding elements using graphic design software.
– Generate and send monthly reports to clients, tracking metrics and successes.
– Stay updated on social and marketing trends in real estate.
– Participate in client meetings and check-ins as required.
– Utilize various platforms and tools to organize and schedule campaign data.
– Occasional travel, including international travel, may be required.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in social media management or related fields.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
– Proficiency in graphic design software and Google Suite.
– Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
– Passion for social media and luxury real estate.
