Job Description:  

The Stigma-Free Mental Health Society is seeking a passionate Programs and Content Manager to lead initiatives in mental health awareness and stigma reduction. This role involves managing and creating content for toolkits, developing partnerships, and expanding programs nationally.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and promote programs focusing on mental health in schools and rural communities.

– Manage and curate content for toolkits, ensuring alignment with program objectives.

– Lead volunteer management and community engagement efforts to support program delivery.

– Organize virtual events, webinars, and workshops to enhance community engagement and awareness.

– Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor program progress and evaluate outcomes using data analytics.

– Facilitate partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations for program alignment.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mental Health, or related field preferred; marketing experience is a bonus.

– Minimum 5 years of experience in nonprofit program management, with expertise in mental health advocacy.

– Strong organizational and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

– Excellent communication skills for effective program promotion and stakeholder engagement.

– Knowledge of Canadian education systems and experience in peer support programs is advantageous.

– Bilingual in French and English is an asset.

Benefits:

– Annual salary: $70,720.

– Full-time position (40 hours per week) with a flexible work schedule.

– Modest benefits package upon successfully fulfilling a 3-month probation.

– Remote work environment with flexibility.
