Job Description:
SweatPals is a dynamic community-building and discovery platform focused on fitness, wellness, and sports. We’re seeking an enthusiastic Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media, and supporting community and event initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead creation and management of compelling content for social media platforms, emphasizing viral Reels and graphics.
Develop weekly email marketing campaigns to drive user engagement.
Manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing for success.
Coordinate multi-channel promotions for events and product launches.
Collaborate across departments for cohesive marketing strategies.
Use performance insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
Requirements:
1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or tech.
Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
Ability to create and edit graphic content using Canva and produce engaging short-form videos.
Eye for viral content and trends, comfortable in front of a camera.
Strong organizational skills, adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Facebook ads, email marketing, event management, video editing, and SEO is a plus.
Passion for fitness, wellness, and community-building.
