Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday  

Expected Hours: 40 per week

Role Overview

As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the success of our products and services. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of telecommunications technologies and a proven track record in marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Swiftlink Technologies’ products and services.

  Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.

Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use insights to guide marketing strategies and business development efforts.

Marketing Materials Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and online content.

Campaign and Event Management: Plan and manage marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Provide industry insights and expertise to support sales efforts.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business development initiatives. Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Marketing or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the telecommunications and semiconductor industries. Experience with Qualcomm, Anokiwave, Broadcom, or similar semiconductor companies is a plus.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of 5G, 5.5G, 6G, and SATCOM technologies. Familiarity with RFIC and antenna design, as well as integrated satellite-terrestrial communication systems, is preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in marketing and CRM software.

Languages: Chinese language skills (Mandarin) are a plus but not required.
