Role Overview
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our market presence, drive sales growth, and manage client relationships. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales and marketing, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Porcea Stone Inc.’s products and services. Develop marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry contacts.
Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Utilize this information to develop strategies and adjust marketing efforts.
Marketing Materials Creation: Develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content. Ensure all materials effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, advertising, and promotional events. Monitor and evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. Provide support for sales efforts, including lead generation and client management.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities. Provide regular updates to senior management on performance metrics, market conditions, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing marketing strategies.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to develop creative marketing solutions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing and CRM software. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Additional Qualities: Excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
