Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to spearhead our growth initiatives and drive the success of our sales and marketing strategies.

Role Overview

As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing strategic marketing initiatives to propel the company’s growth. You will drive the creation and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies, manage key client relationships, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. Conduct market research to uncover trends and growth opportunities.

  Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team. Set clear performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a high-performance team culture.

Sales Management: Oversee the creation and execution of sales strategies. Manage relationships with key clients and negotiate high-value contracts. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.

Marketing Management: Direct marketing campaigns including digital marketing, advertising, and public relations. Ensure brand consistency and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities to make data-driven decisions.

Budgeting and Reporting: Strategically plan and manage the sales and marketing budget. Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product development, customer service, and external partners to ensure a unified approach to sales and marketing efforts.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory standards. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: At least 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, including a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role with a proven track record of achieving growth targets.

Skills: Strong leadership abilities, P&L experience, and expertise in global market expansion. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and data analysis for strategic decision-making.
