Position Overview
Veeva Systems is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to help create and maximize the use of high-quality content across multiple channels and audiences. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker with strong writing skills, capable of simplifying complex topics into compelling content. You will work closely with marketing teams to drive brand awareness, affinity, and conversion across European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create original content in various formats, including blog posts, articles, white papers, infographics, and videos.
- Maximize content value by repurposing high-performing assets into derivative pieces for multiple channels across European markets.
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with short- and long-term marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Work closely with product marketing, customer marketing, field marketing, and external agencies to optimize content across the buyer journey.
- Maintain high standards in messaging, grammar, writing, and style.
- Measure content performance and optimize based on insights.
- Contribute to the development of standards, processes, and tools to improve team efficiency.
- Stay updated on content marketing trends and bring innovative ideas for exploration and testing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of editorial experience in the B2B tech or enterprise software space.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional writing skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
- A proactive, “thinker and doer” mindset—capable of driving strategy and executing content across formats.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to give and receive feedback.
- Curiosity and interest in life sciences.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the life sciences industry.
- Experience working with remote and global teams.
- Fluency in another EU5 language (French, Spanish, German, or Italian).
