Job Description/Overview:
HUGO BOSS seeks a passionate and driven Full-Time Sales Associate for Macy’s Shop in Fashion Valley. The role involves creating exceptional customer experiences, showcasing premium collections, and executing operational strategies to promote the brand’s vision of “changing fashion.”
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Focus on relationship selling and achieve positive personal sales results.
Support standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Engage with the community through events and promotional activities.
Assist with Health & Safety procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience: 2–3 years in Specialty Retail Sales.
Skills:
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
