Job Description/Overview:
HUGO BOSS, a leading fashion and lifestyle brand in the premium segment, is seeking a service-minded, committed, and ambitious part-time Sales Associate to join our team at the Illum Concession in Copenhagen.
As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be delivering excellent customer service, ensuring the store’s visual presentation aligns with brand guidelines, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and sales assistance.
Implement visual merchandising in accordance with company standards.
Maintain the store and stockroom’s daily organization and cleanliness.
Participate in and complete internal training sessions.
Qualifications:
Strong sales skills with experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in both Danish and English is required.
Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is a plus.
A strong understanding of and alignment with the HUGO BOSS brand.
Fashion-conscious and professional demeanor.
Experience:
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
