Job Description/Overview:
St Martins Care is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant (Days) to join their Residential Care Home in Middlesbrough. We are looking for a compassionate professional with an understanding of medication management and Care Quality Commission (CQC) compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care tailored to the needs of residents.
Oversee and administer medication management in line with care plans and compliance requirements.
Ensure adherence to CQC standards and best practices.
Collaborate effectively with team members to create a supportive and engaging care environment.
Qualifications:
Level 3 Medication qualification or equivalent.
Experience:
Proven experience in care, particularly with medication management.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and support a care team.
Passion for elderly care and attention to detail.
