Job Description/Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or those in need of hospice care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administer medication and monitor vital signs
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Perform light housekeeping tasks
Accompany individuals to medical appointments or outings
Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications:
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or in nursing homes/home care settings is preferred
Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility needs
Knowledge of medical equipment and systems
Familiarity with hospice care is a plus
First aid certification is desirable
Experience:
Experience in caregiving, especially in settings involving developmental disabilities or hospice care, is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:
4-hour shift, 8-hour shift, day shift, evening shift, night shift, on-call, overnight, rotating weekends, and weekends as needed.
