Position Summary
As a Health Services Coordinator (Community Sales Coordinator), you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations. You’ll manage and coordinate 32-35 community health events each month, cultivating new opportunities and solidifying existing partnerships. This role requires a self-driven individual comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with community organizations, facilitating long-term partnerships.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate a minimum of 32-35 community health events monthly.
- Prospect and cold-call potential leads to expand event opportunities.
- Negotiate rates and logistics with venue hosts to ensure budget adherence.
- Detail-oriented follow-through to book high-quality sites, enhancing the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and event details.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, call center roles, or similar responsibilities.
- Remote work experience: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Goal-oriented: Able to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written proficiency.
- Attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Negotiation skills: Comfortable negotiating rates with venue hosts.
- Grassroots marketing experience is a plus.
- Salesforce experience is beneficial but not required.
