Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Field Operations Analyst to support our Customer Solutions & Experience team. This role involves strategic thinking, operational expertise, and collaboration across departments to drive operational cadence and strategy for our Partner, Principal & International pre-sales solutions organizations. Reporting to the Director of Technical Field Operations, you’ll have a significant impact on aligning revenue operations to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline revenue operations, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.
- Analyze operational data to uncover trends and identify improvement opportunities, implementing solutions to drive performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Recruiting to ensure cross-functional alignment and drive cohesive strategies.
- Partner with GTM Systems and Tools teams to ensure effective integration and utilization of operational systems and tools.
- Work with GTM Analytics to establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, providing insights to stakeholders.
- Drive a standard operating cadence with senior leadership and offer regular performance updates.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pre and post-sales operations processes, methodologies, and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency with operational tools such as Salesforce and Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
