Job Description/Overview
Join Van Mossel Autolease in Luxembourg and boost your career in a dynamic and innovative environment! As part of the Van Mossel Autolease Luxembourg team, you will support the commercial team by preparing offers and activating contracts once new vehicles are delivered. You will work closely with Account & Sales Managers, reporting directly to the country manager in Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare dossiers for the commercial team, including offers and contracts.
Draft leasing offers for Account & Sales Managers.
Activate contracts when vehicles are delivered, ensuring smooth contract initiation.
Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
Strong interest in the automotive sector and good knowledge of cars.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
At least 2 years of experience in leasing (or automotive) or a similar role.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function within the leasing or automotive sector.
Skills
Fluency in both French and English.
Excellent organizational and planning skills (priority management).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
