Job Description/Overview
As the Head of Global Client Success at FE fundinfo, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. Qualifications
Extensive experience in senior client success roles.
Proven ability to develop systems and processes for client success at scale.
Experience in shaping strategies for a diverse range of client types.

Proficiency in CRM systems and client success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero).
Experience
Prior experience in SaaS, financial services, or fintech environments.
