Job Description/Overview
At DECJUBA, a leading retailer in Australia and New Zealand, the Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to design and execute digital strategies that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. The role includes managing website content, email campaigns (eDM), CRM, and paid media channels. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is passionate about shaping impactful digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects across customer journey touchpoints, ensuring timely delivery with the cross-functional team.
Develop and implement monthly digital marketing strategies based on market trends and campaign performance.
Build and manage trade plans to drive improvement through previous learnings.
Identify opportunities for best practices through testing and continuous website improvement.
Collaborate with media partners to brief and manage paid media assets.
Brief and build optimized email campaigns (eDMs) and digital content.
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for eDMs, web content, and paid media to generate insights.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with strong knowledge of CRM and email platforms like Klaviyo or similar.
Confident communicator, highly adaptable with strong time management skills.
A collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience
Demonstrated experience in a similar digital marketing role.
Experience working with CRM systems and email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
Proven success in managing digital marketing campaigns and driving results.
Skills
