Job Description/Overview
GN Hearing is a global leader in the healthcare and technology industry, known for its innovative brands, including Jabra, SteelSeries, BlueParrott, and GN Hearing (Beltone, ReSound). They are seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator for a 12-month parental leave contract, supporting their marketing and sales teams by managing administrative tasks and integrating marketing activities. The role is based in a hybrid environment, requiring at least three days in the office.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the marketing department, customers, and sales teams, tracking and responding to queries efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing queries, tasks, and projects.
Manage the printing process of marketing collateral, overseeing quotes, planning, and timelines.
Handle marketing collateral inventory managed by a third-party vendor.
Support Brand Manager with website updates, working with internal and global teams for content approval and execution.
Manage marketing materials versions, DocuSign approvals, and ensure compliance with medical regulatory standards.
Ensure the Sales Team has the latest marketing assets and tools via BigTinCan.
Qualifications
Previous experience in marketing coordination, ideally within life sciences (medical devices, animal health, pharmaceutical, etc.).
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well cross-functionally and in a team environment.
Experience working in ISO-accredited management systems is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience
Prior experience in a similar marketing coordination role, preferably in the life science sector.
