Job Description/Overview:
Join Goodyear as a Supply Chain OE Coordinator in Luxembourg. In this role, you will coordinate order processing and delivery planning for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), ensuring alignment with customer requirements and Goodyear’s strategic guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate order processing and delivery planning for OEMs.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding demands and product availability.
Ensure product availability for OE customers.
Analyze customer requirements, planned production quantities, and inventories.
Implement actions for supply shortages in coordination with Supply Planning and customers.
Manage inventory for OE products in Goodyear warehouses and at customer locations.
Evaluate relevant KPIs and provide customer-related reporting.
Participate in the monthly forecasting process for OEMs.
Represent the Supply Chain OE in business teams and customer interactions.
Collaborate on the development of supply chain methods and process standards.
Qualifications:
Completed business apprenticeship or university degree in economics, focusing on supply chain management/logistics.
Structured and solution-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Proactive problem recognition and solution-finding abilities.
Professional communication skills across various hierarchy levels.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and SAP.
Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
Experience:
Relevant working experience in supply chain management/logistics is preferred.
