Job Description/Overview:
Jetfly, a leader in shared business aviation, is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Officer to enhance sales activities in French-speaking Switzerland. The role focuses on engaging with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients and generating new sales opportunities while managing an existing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquisition of New Leads & Meeting Generation:
Establish rapport with UHNW prospects and corporations.
Generate qualified meetings for the territory Sales Director and promote Jetfly’s aviation services.
Conduct telephone and email prospecting to build trust with prospective customers.
Maintain and manage the sales CRM (Pipedrive) with new leads and contact information.
Client Account Management:
Prepare client memos, proposals, and handle contractual agreements.
Manage follow-ups on contract termination dates and upselling opportunities.
Administrative Tasks:
Prepare flight calculations, proposals, and onboarding documents for new clients.
Coordinate demo flights and manage the signature process for contracts.
Prepare proforma invoices and assist with aircraft registration documents.
Market Analysis & Marketing:
Support the yearly action and marketing plan for the targeted markets.
Organise events and represent Jetfly at industry exhibitions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2 to 3 years of experience in sales, client relationship, or hospitality roles.
Experience:
Proven ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
Skills:
Native French speaker with fluency in English.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Dynamic, problem-solving mindset with a passion for achieving results.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
