Job Description/Overview:
The nanny will be responsible for creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for the children. The role includes managing daily routines, organizing activities, and ensuring the children’s well-being. You will work closely with the parents and other household staff, providing consistent and reliable care, with flexibility to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and compassionate care for young children
- Manage daily routines, including meals, naps, and activities
- Plan and execute engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children
- Collaborate with other household staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Flexibility to accompany the family on domestic and international travel
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a similar role, particularly with infants and toddlers
- Strong understanding of child development and early education; familiarity with Montessori education is desirable
- Ability to adapt to the family’s needs, including flexibility with working hours and for travel
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Excellent references and a legal right to work in the UK
