Job Description/Overview-
As a Sales Executive at Make Your Own Perfume, your role is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain effective time management. You will develop promotional material and in-store displays, manage stock with the store manager, and maintain accurate records. You will work towards achieving monthly or annual sales targets and ensure that the store’s operations adhere to company SOPs. Additionally, you will be responsible for inviting customers, demonstrating products, assisting in product selection, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
– Adhere to store SOPs and etiquette.
– Assist the store manager with stock management and audits.
– Maintain accurate sales records and manage daily sales reporting (DSR).
– Handle and resolve customer complaints.
– Demonstrate and present products to customers, helping them select the right perfume.
Qualifications needed:
– Any Graduate, Any Postgraduate.
– Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
– Ability to handle stock management and customer interactions effectively.
