Job Description/Overview:
The Senior Executive will supervise and lead the reporting staff, analyze customer complaints to identify root causes, and resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer service. This role involves improving processes between DP World and customers using technology (E-services, CRM, Workflow Management), and ensuring that all DP World E-Services provided via Dubai Trade meet customer needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and lead reporting staff.
– Analyze and resolve customer complaints to prevent recurrence.
– Improve processes between DP World and customers using technology.
– Ensure that E-Services via Dubai Trade meet customer requirements.
– Enhance customer service levels and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile:
– Nationality: Any
– Essential Qualification: Higher Diploma / University Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
– Desirable Qualification: Master’s in Business Administration
– Work Experience: 6-8 years in customer service, preferably in a shipping environment.
