Job Description/Overview:
The Director of Supply Chain Management will lead the in-market supply chain operations for Brazil and demand fulfillment across Latin America. The role involves overseeing logistics, demand forecasting, budgeting, compliance, and performance management, while working closely with commercial leadership to drive success in multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute supply chain strategies for Brazil and Latin America
– Oversee logistics, import/export, and trade compliance
– Lead demand fulfillment and forecasting activities
– Manage supply chain operations in collaboration with business unit leaders
– Drive operational efficiencies, continuous improvements, and transformation projects
– Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
Qualifications needed:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
– Fluency in Portuguese and English
Experience:
– 10+ years in complex supply chain management
– Proven experience in managing budgets and operational strategies
– Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred
