Job Description/Overview:
The Regional Director Companion Animals Latin America will lead strategy development and execution for companion animals across Latin America, collaborating with regional leadership. You will drive marketing strategy for new products, develop roadmaps, and ensure successful launches of major new products. This role involves high-level leadership, with interactions across the company’s various global and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive marketing strategy for new products and cross-portfolio initiatives through the assigned region.
– Lead regional and country roadmap processes and develop Marketing Implementation Plans.
– Monitor marketing investments and provide strategies to optimize performance.
– Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Vice Presidents and General Managers, to execute launch strategies.
– Oversee regional marketing training and provide leadership in executing product launches globally.
– Ensure alignment between global, regional, and local market demands and implement post-launch strategies.
Qualifications needed:
– Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree or Advanced degree in marketing, advertising, or related fields preferred)
– Strong background in marketing and business, with experience in life sciences, veterinary medicine, or animal science.
Experience:
– Proven track record in successful product launches, digital marketing, customer and sales engagement.
– Experience in regulated industries and working in a matrix organization across multiple time zones.
Skills:
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
– Portuguese and/or Spanish communication skills required
– Leadership skills, ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
