Job Description/Overview:
Join muzmatch, a leading app in the Muslim dating space, as a Marketing Specialist. Your role will be to drive growth and improve our app’s market position in Germany. You’ll manage marketing campaigns, collaborate with international teams, and leverage your understanding of Muslim cultures to reach and engage our target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement marketing strategies for the German market.
– Run focus groups, create ad content, and attend events.
– Collaborate with teams in the UK and other key countries.
– Use data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
Qualifications needed:
– 3+ years of marketing experience in Germany.
– Fluent in German and English; additional languages like Arabic or Turkish are a plus.
– Experience with fast-paced consumer tech or brands.
– Strong understanding of Muslim culture.
Experience:
– Proven track record in effective brand marketing both online and offline.
– Ability to travel periodically (1-2 months).
