Position Overview
As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers to ensure their appliances are covered and upselling protection products based on their needs. This is a 100% remote position offering a flexible work schedule, allowing you to choose patterns that fit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers to ensure their appliances are properly covered by protection plans.
- Upsell relevant protection products based on individual customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
- Help customers find the best protection package to suit their needs.
Skills & Experience
- 12 months of phone sales experience is preferred, but call center or retail sales experience is also considered.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A team player focused on delivering excellent customer service.

- Base Salary: £23,000 per annum, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £29,000-£30,000.
