Position Overview
As a Remote Telesales Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money. You will be expected to meet daily sales targets while maintaining compliance and delivering excellent customer service. This is a full-time, remote role with a Monday to Friday schedule and no weekend work required.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 150-200 outbound sales calls per day using an automated dialler.
- Build rapport with customers and tailor offers to suit their needs.
- Achieve daily sales targets of 7-10 sales, with 90% of the team meeting their targets.
- Ensure compliance with all processes and regulations.
- Work from home in a quiet environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 months of targeted phone sales experience within the last 3 years is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with call center or retail sales experience.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- A strong desire to exceed targets while adhering to processes and compliance standards.
- A quiet, distraction-free space to work from home.

- Base Salary: £23,000 per annum, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £29,000-£30,000.
