Position Overview

As a Remote Appointment Coordinator, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, sparking their interest in scheduling remote meetings with our sales team. While prior sales experience is not required, we are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to learn. This role offers flexibility and opportunities for growth, with the potential to transition into full-time positions after successful completion of training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients using provided scripts and leads.
  • Spark interest in our investment opportunities and schedule remote meetings with the sales team.
  • Engage clients with a lively, energetic personality and effective communication skills.
  • Learn about our services, projects, and calling process through provided training.
  • Take full advantage of training opportunities and ask questions to continuously improve your skills.

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage time efficiently while working remotely.
  • A confident telephone communicator with a knack for sparking interest and engaging clients.
  • Eager to learn and absorb new information about the company’s services and projects.
  • No prior financial experience is required, but an interest in learning is essential.

Position Details

  • Hours: Part-time, initially working from 10 am to 12 pm, Monday through Thursday. After training, enjoy flexible hours to work according to your preferences.
  • Work Environment: Fully remote, requiring a computer or iPad with a camera and a phone for making calls.
  • Opportunities for Growth: After completing the training period, there is potential to transition to full-time roles with greater responsibilities and the opportunity to increase earnings.
