About the Role
The Immigration Advice Service (IAS), the UK’s leading immigration service provider, is expanding its network of experienced Freelance SEO Content Writers. If you have expertise in writing search engine-optimised content that drives reader engagement and enhances visibility on platforms like Google and Bing, we’d love to hear from you!
This role is ideal for freelancers looking to work remotely with flexible hours, producing high-quality content in the immigration advice field.
Key Responsibilities
- Write highly optimised, SEO-focused content ranging from 1,000 to 4,000 words.
- Research assigned topics thoroughly and create content that meets SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to ensure content aligns with strategy.
- Meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of writing under pressure.
- Use SEO tools such as Surfer SEO (willingness to learn is acceptable).
- Submit completed work and raise monthly invoices through the internal system.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: At least 2 years of writing experience, with a solid understanding of SEO and keyword-optimised content.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce content that is clear, engaging, and research-driven.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Familiar with SEO tools (such as Surfer SEO), or willing to learn.
- Previous experience as a freelance writer is a plus.
