Join us as we expand our impact and grow our company as an Instructional Content Editor. This role is fully remote and home office-based within the UK.

The Role: As an Instructional Content Editor, you’ll design and deliver health education content that drives positive behaviour change. Collaborating with clinical experts, designers, and product teams, you’ll create user-friendly and evidence-based materials in formats such as articles, audio, and video. Your content will support users to engage with Oviva’s app, complete courses, and achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, proofread, and edit health-focused educational content with clear calls to action.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Leads, Pathway Leads, Graphic Designers, and Product Managers to co-create engaging and safe content.
  • Convert clinical insights and learning objectives into well-structured, user-friendly materials.
  • Manage content projects from start to finish, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Identify user needs from interviews, surveys, and research, designing content that meets those needs using instructional design principles.
  • Brief and manage external collaborators, including designers, uploaders, and freelancers.
  • Contribute to improving Oviva’s content development processes, tools, and methodologies.

About You:

  • Proven experience creating evidence-based content on health or behaviour change topics.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills, with attention to detail and native-level English proficiency.
  • Experience using generative AI tools for content production.
  • A solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning needs.
  • Ability to research and identify reliable sources for health advice.
  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills, with experience delivering under tight deadlines.
  • Empathy for users’ health challenges and a passion for creating content that meets their needs.
  • Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies, including AI-powered platforms.
