Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will review and input data from syndicated loan notices and automated extraction results, ensuring speed and accuracy in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review syndicated loan notices for manual data extraction and input.
  • Verify the accuracy of automated data extraction results.
  • Maintain high levels of speed and accuracy while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate effectively through verbal and written channels.
  • Utilize strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

Work Schedule

  • Core hours: 4:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. EST (flexibility required based on business needs).
  • Shifts: Minimum of 4 hours per day; 8 hours expected during peak days (typically 2-3 days/month).
  • Variable schedule: Work 3-10 days per month based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and technology, including:
  • Video conferencing tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
  • Online data entry software and web applications.
  • Ability to multitask and use at least two web applications simultaneously.
  • Strong logical reasoning skills to identify specific data points.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
